  • Disclaimer & Important Information

  • Not included - room service, tips, porter charges, expenses of personal nature, extra luggage charges other than mentioned on the ticket.

  • If you travel individually other than group dates, you will have to bear the additional transportation charges

  • Additional stay other than group itinerary would be charged extra.

  • No refund in case of unused services or lesser duration of stay.

  • No refund after visa stamping or hotel reservation or air ticket issue or No-Show. Tour operator is not responsible for visa rejection or delay in visa issuance. Any additional costs for additional visa processing will have to be borne by customer.

  • Flight Schedule, Hotel, and Itinerary are subject to change with prior notice.

  • Zamzam will be provided subject to permission by Saudi airport authority and airlines

  • Hotel distance mentioned is approximate and is provided by Saudi ministry to the hotel as per ministry's methods and points of calculation. Comparison with google maps will not be accepted.

  • Images of the hotel are only for reference. The hotel rooms provided may be different from the images shown

  • Hotels mentioned may change due to unavoidable circumstances. However, a similar star category hotel in similar distance will be provided to the Haji as an alternative

  • Each meal of the day will be available as per scheduled time. Food will not be arranged before or after the time for that meal

  • In case of meal provided via parcel to the hotel, food will have to be collected at the entrance of the hotel in your room or outside the hotel as per your convenience. Food will not be sent to the room

  • Date of departure may change by 2 to 3 days if the hotel or flight is overbooked. Hotel or flight overbooking and availability is at the discretion of hotels and airlines and tour operators have no control over it

  • Entry into Makkah or Madinah Haram is controlled by Saudi authorities. Please adhere to the Saudi authority guidelines for entry timings and number of visits allowed. These guidelines can change without notice any time including after reaching the holy cities. Hence tour operator cannot be held responsible for unavailability of certain services if Saudi authorities apply restrictions.

  • All group activities like ziyarath in Makkah, & Madinah will be as per planned schedules. Please reach the meeting place on time to avoid missing the ziyarath. The group will not wait for people coming late

  • Prices are subject to change if Indian currency value drops compared to Saudi Arab Riyals. Prices are calculated at conversion rate of 1 SAR = 23 INR

  • Infant rate for less than 25 months is INR 38,000.00, child between 3 and 5 years without bed is INR 80,000.00.

  • We cannot commit for rooms with only men or only women for bookings on sharing basis. Such an arrangement is subject to feasibility
