Terms and conditions:

1. Full payment must be transferred before issuing visas as same has to be credited in ministry account against visa processing fee.

2. Visa precessed by subagent means he remains fully responsible for all pilgrims welfare, package execution and services agreed upon with pilgrims and hold all responsibilities.

3. Any rejection or delay in processing of visas from ministry or issues in NUSUK website or visas forwarded as “under processing in Saudi Consulate” is beyond our control as an External agent for visa processing and we hold no responsibility on such kind of issues.

4. Visa fee once paid is non-refundable by government of Saudi Arabia under all circumstances.

5. We are not responsible for any error whatsoever after Issuance of visas.

7. *Last date for entry is 15th shawal (1st April 2026)*

8. *Mandatory departure deadline is 3rd April 2026.*

9. Government transportation is available at the airports for those who doesn't reserve transportation through external agent or Saudi agent, which is being charged at hefty amount and subagent or pilgrim will be responsible for those additional charges. Please strictly advise subagents and pilgrims not to use NIMCO VEHICLES BY NAQABA / Government sponsored transport otherwise to pay the charged amount.

10. Group leaders / Pilgrims are supposed to abide by the itinerary provided by us for each group with services reserved with reference number. We recommend to provide group leaders mobile number with internet /WhatsApp services for efficient communication to be forwarded to our supplier before departure.

11. All pilgrims are supposed to stay in registered hotels only. Any fine imposed during stay of group/pilgrim in Saudi Arabia by Saudi govt against violations (For staying in unregistered hotels/transportation issues) is liability of customer/subagent

12. Kindly take hard copy of the visas with you at the airports before departure.

13. For every visa groups approval of nusuk agreement from hotels is mandatory in addition to payment vouchers paid against hotel booking.

14. Confirmed arrival departure ticket copies is mandatory for every pilgrim.

15. Arrival departure transportation is mandatory.

16. Long stay visa (istidafah visa on iqama) have been stopped by company if otherwise charged .

17. Last but not least kindly take care of your passports, any loss or theft in Saudi Arabia requires long procedure to get travel document in Jeddah including issuance FEE & Transportation expenses and documentation.
